Bedrock Support

You can now join the server using Bedrock Edition through our new experimental Geyser proxy. Support is extremely limited – we will not be fixing any bugs on bedrock edition – and you will most definitely encounter many bugs and broken things. However, It is available – and the basics work pretty well. You can also link your bedrock account to your java account for full account parity on mobile/console (Meaning the shared Java username and inventory attached to your bedrock account). This page will explain how it works:

  • Bedrock Edition users can join via the same IP address (Use default Bedrock UDP Port 19213).
  • Bedrock users have . before their name to denote that they are on bedrock – if their java account is not linked (Ex. lecraeman14311 will display as .lecraeman14311 on the server). [Unless you link your Java account – See Below]
  • Bedrock Edition accounts are entirely separate unless linked (See below).

  • You can link your bedrock account via Geyser in order to use your Java account save on the server (Meaning you can join on mobile/console and maintain all your information – and java edition username, interchangeably). You can find out how to do that in-game on the geyser docs page, or you can also follow the online process on their link site.

  • Bedrock Edition users receive a warning upon joining. A lot of things are broken – and no support is going to be dedicated to fixing issues for bedrock edition, it is inherently buggy and experimental – but the basics should work just fine. Mainly things like chat formatting and inventory menus are barely usable.

As bedrock is not a “native” part of the server, you will definitely encounter some issues. We’ve already found many of them – and there are no “fixes” outside of reporting issues to Geyser/Floodgate – but they unfortunately can’t fix everything. Below is a list of things we know are broken from our own testing and from player reports:

  • In-game menus often out of order.

  • Can’t shift-click in-game menu items (Seems not even to work on PC Bedrock)

  • Chat formatting and colors appear incorrectly (Especially gradients).
